WPS Commercial will conduct a preliminary inspection that will detail the existing condition and any initial repairs to be completed prior to a service contract being offered. Watch Dog Programs will vary depending on “category” and roof size. Each roof will be evaluated to determine it’s serviceability, based on age, roof type and conditions as outlined below.
