- General Housekeeping Service & Minor leak repair.

- Restoration of existing roofs with long-term & warranted, energy saving protective roof coating installations.
WPS Commercial will conduct a preliminary inspection that will detail the existing condition and any initial repairs to be completed prior to a service contract being offered. Watch Dog Programs will vary depending on “category” and roof size. Each roof will be evaluated to determine it’s serviceability, based on age, roof type and conditions as outlined below.

How many leaks do you have?
Category 1 – A roof still under warranty, in good condition requiring minimal corrective repairs, 1 to 8 years in age.
Category 2 – A roof in good to average condition requiring some corrective work, 8 – 12 years in age.
Category 3 – An older roof with some possible life if extensive corrective repairs or restorations are performed, 10 – 20 years in age.
Category 4 – An old or poorly installed roof with little or no economic value remaining where the cost of performing extensive repairs would out weigh the value of the roof (a new roof would be recommended).
